By accessing or using the Forgive to Live LLC website, services, programs, events, webinars, workshops, or any related content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, members, participants, and users of our Services, whether online or in person.
2. About Forgive to Live LLC dba It's Project Light
Forgive to Live LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company operating the Project Light personal development community and associated programs and brands. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

- Online and in-person workshops, seminars, retreats, and events
- Webinars, live sessions, and recorded programs
- Community membership and social engagement
- Email newsletters and digital content
- Coaching-adjacent educational content and personal development frameworks
- SMS/text message communications (with your consent)
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to individuals under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will promptly terminate their access.

Forgive to Live LLC and Project Light offer personal development, spiritual growth, and transformational educational content. Our programs, workshops, webinars, facilitators, and coaches are NOT licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals, and our Services are NOT a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or clinical therapy.
Nothing in our Services should be construed as:
- Psychological, psychiatric, or clinical mental health treatment

All content available through our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, video, course materials, workshop content, frameworks, methodologies, program names, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Forgive to Live LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use for your own educational purposes is permitted, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

6. User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content through our website, community platforms, social media groups, webinars, or other interactive features ("User Content"), you grant Forgive to Live LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and promoting our Services.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
- Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party
- Your content is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor and remove any User Content at our sole discretion.
7. Events, Workshops, and Programs
7.1 Registration and Participation
By registering for any Forgive to Live LLC event, workshop, webinar, or program, you agree to the specific terms presented at the time of registration, in addition to these Terms.
7.2 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by event or program and will be communicated at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before an event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of an event are generally non-refundable but may be eligible for a credit toward a future event.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events. In the event of a Company-initiated cancellation, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit at their election.
7.3 Assumption of Risk / Release
Participation in our events and programs — including but not limited to live events, sound healing sessions, breathwork, or experiential exercises — involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Forgive to Live LLC, its officers, facilitators, partners, and agents from any and all claims arising from your participation.
7.4 Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove any participant from any event or community who engages in harassing, disruptive, or harmful behavior without refund.
8. SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Forgive to Live LLC, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages — including promotional messages, event reminders, and program updates — to the mobile number you provide.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@weforgivetolive.com.
Providing your mobile number and opting in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Payment Terms
Certain Services may require payment. By purchasing a paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in US Dollars. We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal); your payment information is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a program-specific refund policy.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORGIVE TO LIVE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND FACILITATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) OUR SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES; OR (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forgive to Live LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and facilitators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@weforgivetolive.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days.
14.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall take place in New York, or via remote means.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND FORGIVE TO LIVE LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 4 through 15 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
